Installing Naqdi
- Open Naqdi in the Shopify App Store and click Install.
- Shopify shows the permissions the app needs: to create orders and draft orders, read products, create customers, and show the form's page on your store. Click Install.
- Choose a plan on Shopify's plan page. Free covers up to 60 orders a month from the form. Pro is $14.99 a month with no limit and a 7-day free trial. You can change plans later from the app's Plan page.
- The app opens on Home, which lists the setup steps. Start with adding the order button.
Finding your way around
- Home: the setup steps, with buttons that open the theme editor in the right place.
- Orders: the last 100 orders from the form, with their status: Created, Finished at checkout, Blocked, Failed or In progress. Open an order in Shopify to see the customer's details.
- Fraud protection: blocked phone numbers and IP addresses, and the hourly order limit. See Fraud protection.
- Plan: your plan and this month's order count.
- Settings: the app's language, form fields, cities, delivery country, the order button, what happens after the order, and alerts.
Languages
The order form follows your store's language (English, Arabic or French), with right-to-left layout for Arabic. The app's admin follows your Shopify admin language, or the language you choose in Settings › Language.
Alerts
By default, alerts go to your store's contact email. You can change the address or turn alerts off in Settings › Alerts. Alerts never include customers' names, phone numbers or addresses.
